Our Commitment

At Bayt Nafi3, we build Islamic apps as Sadaqa Jariya. Privacy is not just a feature—it's a fundamental principle. Your worship is between you and Allah, and we have no business knowing anything about it.

What Data We Collect

None. We collect zero data. No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, no crash reports, no usage statistics. Nothing.

How Our Apps Work Offline

Our apps are designed to work offline without requiring internet connection. This means:

• No servers: We don't have servers to collect or store your data
• Offline-first: Apps work without network connection whenever possible
• No cloud sync: Your data never leaves your device
• No accounts: No login, no registration, no user profiles

Where Your Data is Stored

All data generated by our apps is stored locally on your device only:

• App content: Your progress, counts, notes, and any content you create
• User-added content: Any custom content, files, or media you add
• Personal goals: Your spiritual goals and plans
• Settings: Language preferences, notification settings, theme
• App preferences: Display options and customizations

All of this is stored using local device storage (AsyncStorage, local files) that never leaves your device.

Permissions We May Request

Depending on the app, we may request the following device permissions:

• Location (GPS): For location-based features (e.g., Qibla direction, prayer times). Used locally on your device only. Never sent to any server.
• Notifications: To send you reminders at times you choose. All notifications are generated locally on your device.
• Storage: To save your content and files locally on your device.
• Camera/Microphone: Only if the app has features that require them. Used locally, never transmitted.

All permissions are optional. You can use our apps without granting permissions (except you won't be able to use features that require them).

Third-Party Services

We use zero third-party services. No analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), no advertising networks, no social media trackers, no crash reporting services, no cloud storage services.

Data Sharing

Since we don't collect any data, we have nothing to share. We will never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone because we simply don't have it.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are safe for users of all ages, including children. Since we collect no data, there are no privacy concerns for children or anyone else. Parents can confidently let their children use our apps for spiritual growth and learning.

Your Data, Your Control

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You own it: All your data belongs to you
• You control it: You can delete the app and all data is removed
• No recovery: If you uninstall an app, your data is gone. We can't recover it because we never had it
• No backup: We don't provide cloud backup. Your data stays on your device only

App Store Privacy Labels

When you see our apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you'll notice:

• Data Not Collected: We report zero data collection to app stores
• No Tracking: We don't track you across apps or websites
• No Data Linked to You: Because we don't collect any data

Open Source

Our code will be made open source. You can verify everything we claim here by reviewing the source code yourself. You'll see there are no network calls, no analytics SDKs, no tracking code—just simple offline apps.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date. But our core principle will never change: no data collection, ever. Our apps will always remain offline-first and private.
