By using any Bayt Nafi3 application, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.

2. Our Apps Are Free Forever

All Bayt Nafi3 apps are provided completely free of charge as Sadaqa Jariya (ongoing charity). This means:

• No purchases: No in-app purchases, no premium features, no paid upgrades
• No ads: We will never show advertisements
• No subscriptions: No monthly fees, no trials, no paywalls
• Forever free: This will never change

3. Privacy & Offline-First

Our apps are designed to work offline and respect your privacy. We collect zero data from you. All app data is stored locally on your device only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• No servers: We don't have servers to collect or store your data
• Offline-first: Apps work without internet connection whenever possible
• No accounts: No login, no registration, no user profiles
• Your data stays yours: Everything remains on your device

4. Islamic Content Accuracy

We strive to provide authentic Islamic content from verified sources (Sahih and Hasan hadiths, Quran, and scholarly works). However:

• We are not scholars and may make mistakes
• Always verify important religious matters with qualified scholars
• If you find errors, please contact us so we can correct them
• Content is provided for educational and spiritual benefit only
• Sources and references are provided when applicable for your verification

5. User-Generated Content

Some apps may allow you to add your own content (custom dhikr, notes, audio files, etc.). You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of content you add
• Verifying Islamic content with qualified scholars when needed
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights
• Using features for personal benefit only

6. Location-Based Features

Some apps may use your device's GPS and sensors (e.g., for Qibla direction, prayer times). While we strive for accuracy:

• Accuracy depends on your device's sensors and capabilities
• GPS accuracy may vary based on location and conditions
• For important matters, verify with local mosques or reliable sources
• Features work offline using only device sensors—no internet required

7. Use of Our Apps

You may use our apps for personal spiritual growth, learning, and education. You may not:

• Modify the apps to include ads or monetization
• Claim ownership of our work
• Use the apps for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute modified versions without permission

8. Open Source

Our code will be made open source. When released, you may:

• View and audit the source code
• Contribute improvements
• Fork and modify for personal use
• Use code in your own projects (with attribution)

You must maintain the same principles: no ads, no data collection, no monetization.

9. No Warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ensure quality, but we don't guarantee the apps will be error-free or have uninterrupted availability. Our apps are built with care as Sadaqa Jariya, but technical issues may occur.

10. Updates to Apps

We may update our apps to:

• Fix bugs and improve performance
• Add new features (always free)
• Update Islamic content for accuracy
• Improve user experience

We will never add ads, tracking, or monetization.

12. App Store Requirements

DhikrApp is distributed through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) which may have their own terms and policies. By downloading the app, you also agree to the respective app store's terms of service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
